§1

General provisions

  1. The Milinal online store [hereinafter referred to as the "Store"] conducts retail sales via the Internet, on the basis of these Regulations [hereinafter "Regulations"].
  2. The owner of the Store is: LLC UNIT CRAFT Ukraine, 35602, Rivne region, Dubno district, Dubno, 117 Mykhaila Hrushevskoho str.
  3. The Regulations are an integral part of the contract of sale concluded with the Customer.
  4. A condition for the conclusion of a contract of sale is the acceptance of the Regulations by the Customer.
  5. The prices given in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).
  6. The Goods available in the Store are free from physical and legal defects.
  7. All costs associated with the return/exchange of a good quality product are borne by the buyer (including shipping costs).

§2

Orders

  1. Orders can be placed as follows:
    - through the form available on the Store's website,
  2. A condition for the processing of an order is that the Customer provides data that allows verification of the Customer and the recipient of the goods. The Store has the right to refuse an order, limit the method of payment or demand prepayment if the order raises reasonable doubts about the veracity and reliability of the data provided or the method of payment.
  3. The parties are bound by the information contained on the Store's website next to the purchased goods at the time of ordering, in particular: the price, the characteristics of the goods, their features, the elements included in the set, the date and method of delivery.
  4. The information on the Store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase the specified goods. The contract of sale is concluded when the Customer confirms the Order by clicking on the confirmation link in the email sent.

§3

Payments

  1. The customer has a choice of payment methods specified in the Forms of payment tab. The entity providing online payment service is PayPro Spółką Akcyjną.
  2. Shipping prices are specified in the Price List for delivery (courier shipment - prepayment).
  3. The condition for the release of goods is payment for the goods and shipment.

§4

Shipping of goods

  1. The ordered goods are shipped by the Store via Nova Post shipping companies,
  2. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the shipping date is extended by the period between the placement of the order and the date of crediting the amount due to the Store's bank account.

§5

Complaints

  1. In the case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the Customer should send back the advertised goods with a description of the non-conformity to the address: LLC UNIT CRAFT 33013, Rivne region, city of Rivne, 109K Kn.   2. The Store shall respond to the Customer's complaint within 14 working days from the moment of receipt of the goods along with a description of the discrepancy.
  3. When the realization of a justified complaint involves sending the Customer a new product or removal of discrepancies, the cost of delivery shall be borne by the Store.
  4. Exchange and return of goods within 14 calendar days *provided the product appearance is preserved.
  5. Individual settings of the computer and monitor of the Customer causing erroneous or distorted display of information about the goods (e.g. colors), cannot be the basis for a complaint.

§6

Right of withdrawal from the contract

  1. Under the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, a consumer who has concluded a contract at a distance or off-premises, has the right to withdraw from the contract.
  2. The right to withdraw from the contract is effective if the Customer submits to the Store, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, a statement of withdrawal from the contract (by e-mail or in writing) containing all the information provided in the template attached to these Regulations.
  3. Within 3 working days after receiving the shipment, the Store will check the condition of the transferred goods.
  4. Within 7 days after checking the goods, the Store shall return to the Customer the amount paid. The customer should indicate the bank account number, to which the refunded amount is to be transferred (possibly filling out the FORM, which was sent with the order).
  5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the Customer in the cases specified in the Act referred to in paragraph. referred to in paragraph 1 above.
  6. WAIT FOR YOUR REFUND You will receive your refund within 5-14 calendar days from the moment we verify the shipment received from you. We will inform you by email once the refund has been accepted and settled.

§7

Privacy protection

  1. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the processing of his/her personal data solely for the purpose of processing the order.
  2. The Customer may also give separate consent to receive advertising and promotional materials from the Store advertising and promotional materials, including a trade newsletter.
  3. The customer has the right to access his personal data and to correct them, to demand the cease their processing and to object to their processing.

§8

Intellectual property

Entry into force and amendments to the Regulations

  1. These Regulations shall come into force on the date of publication on the Store's website.
  2. These Regulations may be amended.
  3. Amendments to the Regulations will be published on the Store's website.
  4. Information on changes to the Regulations will be sent to the Customer at the email address indicated.
  5. Amendments to the Regulations shall come into force after 14 days from the date of their publication.
  6. The Store considers that the Customer has accepted the changes to the Regulations, if it has not terminated the contract by the end of the period indicated in paragraph 5.
