Warranty and return

Terms and conditions for making a return:

  • you must manage the return before the established deadline - you have 14 days from the shipping date of your order;
  • items must be in their original condition and include all labels.

Product quality guarantee applies to:

  • production defects (poor seams of the product);
  • hardware (NON-mechanical breakdowns that occurred through no fault of the buyer);

The product quality guarantee does not apply to:

  • abrasive wear;
  • exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids and alkalis;
  • accidents;
  • improper storage;
  • careless operation and care (see conditions of care);
  • exceeding the maximum permissible load;
  • use of the product not for its intended purpose;
  • damage caused by third parties — carriers, or as a result of passing customs control.

IMPORTANT: the manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused to any things placed in the Product, which occurred during the operation/use of the Product during the entire period of its use, regardless of the method of such use.

Since the date of the beginning of the warranty service is the date specified in the waybill, which the carrier issues to the consumer at the time of receipt of the shipment or the date on the receipt when buying in a physical store, be sure to keep the receipt or waybill during the warranty period.

IMPORTANT: the warranty ceases to be valid if the customer made changes to the design of the product or carried out repairs on his own.

Your actions when a defect is detected:

  1. Take 3-4 detailed photos of the detected defect.
  2. Photo of the purchase receipt (waybill).
  3. Send all the listed information to the e-mail address [email protected]
